Get To Know Issy
Hey, I’m Issy! I have recently joined the GlowMetrics team for my internship as a Digital Marketing Assistant. Here’s a little bit about me and what has led me to this role.
Background
I’m currently pursuing a master’s in Marketing at Queen’s University, Belfast but before diving into the world of marketing, I studied to become a primary school teacher. As a teacher, you quickly learn to develop many skills from leadership to creativity and collaboration, which ultimately inspired me to pursue a path in marketing.
Hobbies
Outside of work, you’ll catch me online shopping—either searching on Vinted for new outfits or making full use of my ASOS Premier subscription. I can also be spotted trying out every brunch spot in Belfast at the weekend—a sweet treat and a latte must always be to hand.
Fun Fact
As part of my undergraduate degree, I had the opportunity to co-author a children’s book and poetry anthology. Being involved in the process from the initial idea to publication was incredibly exciting.

I am excited to join the wonderful team at GlowMetrics and delve into the world of marketing. I’m looking forward to applying my knowledge from my studies to bring additional insights and develop my abilities as a digital marketer.
