Not always. Sometimes existing dashboards just need tidied up, refocused or simplified. We’ll review what you already have, keep anything that’s working, and only rebuild where it’s genuinely easier or more effective than fixing what’s there. The goal is better reporting, not “starting again” for the sake of it.
