Q: How do you make sure Creative Production doesn’t slow down delivery?

We keep the process lean and focused. That means clear priorities, a simple sign-off process, and working with your existing tools and templates where possible. We’d rather get good creative live and learn from it than chase a “perfect” idea that never leaves the slide deck.

Q: What if we don’t have a lot of data yet?

That’s okay. We’ll start by using whatever information you do have - from past campaigns, sales conversations, customer feedback or competitor activity - and build sensible hypotheses from there. As activity runs and data builds, we’ll refine the creative based on what we learn.

Q: Do you produce designs and video, or just strategy and copy?

We can provide strategy, messaging and copy, and we can also work with your designers or external partners on visuals and video. For some clients, we plug in as an extra thinking layer above their existing creative resources; for others, we help manage and brief production partners.

Q: How does Creative fit with your Data and Reporting work?

Because we also handle Analytics & Measurement , Reporting and Optimisation , we’re able to link creative directly to measurable outcomes. That means we can see which messages, formats and journeys are working best, and feed that back into the next round of creative.

Q: Can you work within our existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We’ll review your guidelines and current assets, then make sure any creative recommendations fit your brand’s look, feel and tone. Where it helps performance, we’ll suggest small tweaks - but always within what’s realistic for you.

Q: Do we have to move all our creative work to GlowMetrics?

Not at all. We can own specific parts (like messaging, ad copy or landing page strategy) while your in-house team or existing agency handles design and production. We’re very used to working in mixed teams and making sure everyone’s clear on roles.

Q: What happens after the Strategy is done?

You can choose how involved you’d like us to be. Some clients ask us to stay on and support implementation across Analytics & Measurement , Campaign Activation , Reporting and Optimisation . Others use us as a strategic partner for key checkpoints, while their in-house team leads day-to-day delivery. Either way, we design the strategy so it can live beyond a single project.

Q: How long does a Digital Strategy project usually take?

It depends on scope, but typically it involves a discovery phase, workshops, analysis and then co-creating the roadmap with you. The aim is to move fast enough to be useful, but not so fast that we skip important context or stakeholder input.

Q: How do you make sure the strategy is realistic for our team?

We spend time upfront understanding your capacity, skills, budget and existing tools. When we build the roadmap, we’re honest about what’s realistic now, what might need additional support, and what can wait. There’s no point designing a strategy that only works in theory.

Q: Will the Strategy cover Data and Measurement too?

Yes. Because we also handle Analytics & Measurement and Dashboards , your strategy will explicitly cover what to track, how to track it, and how you’ll judge success. That includes first-party data, consent, and which tools you’ll rely on for which decisions.
